This Report addresses my obligation under the Adelaide Oval Redevelopment and Management Act 2011 (the Act) to report on the Adelaide Oval Hotel development. The Auditor-General is required to report on this development as:
- the Adelaide Oval Hotel is a development for the purposes of the Act
- public money was made available to Adelaide Oval SMA Limited (AOSMA) through a $42 million loan facility.
