Yes, you will complete a Graduate Development Program in your first 12 months.
However, the roles we offer are for full-time and ongoing employment (subject to probation) – not just for 12 months.
Graduate roles are full-time due to the intensive nature of initial training.

We welcome applicants with a postgraduate qualification, as long as your studies are eligible for the CPA Australia or Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand study program.

The department will also support you in completing your CPA Australia or Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand qualification both financially and through study leave.

If you are studying CPA Australia the Department is your mentor. We have a partnership with CPA Australia which offers a number of benefits to existing and new employees. It simplifies the reporting for the Practical Experience Requirements (PER) for employees studying towards the CPA Australia qualification and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as required by the industry. The partnership also provides staff with access to CPA Australia resources and tools.
If you choose to study the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand program you will need an individual mentor. We have some CA mentors available in house otherwise you can use an external mentor.
You can choose to start study at any time.
You need to be studying towards membership to become a manager (ASO5 level).
You are given some study leave and reimbursement of fees upon successful completion of each subject.
