We are looking for people who have completed their degree, or near completing their degree.
We have multiple vacancies.  We usually recruit between 8-12 graduates.  The exact number of roles to be offered is decided at the time of the selection process.

We accept applications from candidates who may have one or two subjects remaining to complete their qualification at the time of commencing in the role.

However study towards completion should not interfere with your work. The graduate roles are full-time with extra hours worked during the very busy audit period from July to September.

Yes, subject to a 9-12 month probation period. Your progress is closely monitored, along with your training in the first 12 months, to ensure that you are given appropriate development in relevant areas.  

Graduate roles are full-time due to the intensive nature of initial training.  

We support a range of flexible work practices, including part-time work. These can be considered after your first year.  

Flexitime is available from when you start work.

You will complete our Graduate Development Program in your first 12 months. The program includes a mixture of formal learning and on the job training and coaching in your teams. 
All staff have access to the Department's Professional Development Program and other external courses. 
You need to check CPA Australia and/or Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand website to check if your degree meets the prerequisites for eligibility to their professional program. If your degree doesn't meet these prerequisites, but you are eligible because you have completed their foundation program, you will be eligible to apply for the role.

We welcome applicants with a postgraduate qualification, as long as your studies are eligible for the CPA Australia or Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand study program.

As a graduate audit analyst you will be required to work in a small team and interact with all types of people. Apart from your academic results, we look at work experience, community involvement, your communication skills, your ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.

These work visas have been issued by SA Immigration but holders are not eligible for employment as the graduate roles we offer are ongoing.

The department will also support you in completing your CPA Australia or Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand qualification both financially and through study leave.

We are a CPA Recognised Employer therefore you won't need an individual mentor,

If you choose to study the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand program you will need an individual mentor. We have some CA mentors available in house otherwise you can use an external mentor.

You can choose to start study at any time.

You need to be studying towards membership to become a manager (ASO5 level).

You are given some study leave,  and we reimburse fees upon successful completion of each subject.

We don’t have a vacation program as such. 

We have a one month paid work experience program in February each year for final year students.  We source these students using CPA Australia and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
